Minimum Requirements:
- A higher certificate in finance, risk management, accounting, or insurance, or an equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- two years of administrative experience
- The COID Certificate will be a benefit.

Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative tasks to guarantee that claims for injuries sustained while on the job are handled in accordance with legal and procedural guidelines.
- Carry out communication tasks to make sure that everyone involved in the injury on duty administrative procedure is aware of the claims’ current state and advancement.
- Help with the administration of every annual rise in pension payments
- aid in handling service providers’ payments
- help keep a register up to date for auditing purposes
