Minimum Requirements:

  • Citizen of South Africa
  • Ekurhuleni resident (evidence of residency)

  • Grade 12 and post-matriculation credentials
  • Any qualifications in public administration, management, or administration will be added as benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan events, conferences, and ward-specific service delivery projects.
  • Keep up-to-date reports and documentation.
  • Keep up-to-date reports and documentation.
  • Execute secretarial duties, including answering phones and organizing documents.
  • Increase the number of open service delivery logged requests that are still incomplete in the system.
  • From the daily service delivery system, create reports.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data from other departments.
  • Encourage programs and projects that use data.
