Minimum Requirements:

• Citizen of SA
• Ekurhuleni resident (evidence of residency)
• Unemployed
• Matric
• Certificate of Computer

Core Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into the department’s numerous databases and systems.
• Check that the data is accurate before putting it into the system.
• Regularly update and maintain data records
• Find and fix mistakes in data entry
• Assure data consistency and integrity throughout the IMS’s platforms.
• Record grievances regarding service delivery
• Elevate open service delivery logged requests that remain unaddressed within the system.
• Create reports from the daily service delivery system.
• Answer questions from other departments about data.
• Support initiatives and projects involving data
