Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10
• Resident of City of Ekurhuleni
• South African Citizens.

Core Responsibilities:

• loading and unloading machinery, plants, and materials
• It is your responsibility to follow all safety instructions regarding the use of equipment when loading and unloading in the road, traveling in a vehicle, adhering to workshop safety regulations, and using your own body to lift heavy loads (straight back, etc.) in order to reduce the risk of worker injuries or damage to plant, material, and equipment.
• Any additional labor-intensive tasks necessary to finish the assignment that are related to the construction and upkeep of municipal structures and take place in the workshop, yard, or on site.
• Verify that the machinery is in a safe and functional state.
