Appointment Requirements:
- Grade 10/NQF level 2;
- six months of appropriate experience working in a cash collection setting.
Primary Function
- to handle and accept all credit cards, checks, and cash in the customer service center.

Contribute to the creation, evaluation, and revision of policies, SOPs, and bylaws that are relevant to the Customer Service Center, with a focus on the billing department in particular, to help the center meet its strategic goals.
