Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF level 4 or recognized prior learning;
- one year of general office administration experience.
Primary Function:
Under the direction of the operational manager, actively participate in carrying out tasks related to scanning, attaching, filing, and managing finance documents in order to support the Financial Management Branch and guarantee improved financial management.
Key Performance Areas:
- Receive all documents for filing and keep a record of them;
- Examine all diaries and other records;
- Join the debtor account with all scanned journals and accompanying documents;
- filing and getting records back;
- stakeholder interactions and dialogue;
- Resource and asset management.
Leading Competencies:
- The incumbent needs to be capable of keeping up with the file system and paying close attention to details.
- proficiency in mathematics at the secondary school level;
- proficiency with computers, including use of Microsoft Office;
- a high degree of organization and confidentiality;
- Time management, self-reliance, pressure tolerance, and prioritization skills.
