Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification / NQF Level 4 is essential.
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with
  • Familiarity with the local government setting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, writing, and time management abilities are necessary.

Primary Function:

Perform a range of administrative support tasks to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of administrative processes, including timely messaging responsibilities within the office.

  • Deliver efficient general office support services;
  • Oversee and replenish office stock supplies;
  • Arrange and upkeep meeting spaces in shared areas;
  • Offer prompt and effective messaging services;
