Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 (NQF level 2);
• Cleancriminal record

Primary Function:

To patrol a designated area in order to enforce general law and order, as defined by the authority granted to a peace officer under Government Notice R159 dated 02 February 1979 as amended, with a focus on crime prevention under the Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977 and other laws (such as the National Road Traffic Act and CoJ By-laws).
