Cleaner

Job Description

The main purpose for this role is to provide an effective and efficient cleaning service in the designated area(s)

Responsibilities

• In accordance with the audit sheet, clean the allotted office space, common areas, restrooms, access areas, and kitchens. This includes, but is not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, cleaning internal windows, and other similar tasks.
• Maintain and provide supplies for the kitchens and bathrooms.
• Inform management of any emerging issues or maintenance requirements.
• Observe all applicable health and safety laws.
• Office Events/Functions
• whenever necessary, any ad hoc needs, such as messenger services

Requirements

• Experience working as a cleaner in the past, proven
• the capacity to operate machines and heavy equipment
• general understanding of cleaning products and chemicals

Education

• Grade 10 qualification preferred
