Purpose

to provide outstanding client service during the joyous trading season.

Job objectives

• to provide excellent customer service by being approachable and providing a knowledgeable and courteous service.
• to answer to clients’ inquiries about fundamental product knowledge
• To help or point clients toward merchandise
• to carry out and keep up with all merchandising tasks in accordance with visual merchandise standards and shop policies.
• to quickly replenish shelves and help maintain a tidy and organized store
• to package and wrap things that buyers have bought
• to notify clients about specials and deals.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric certificate
• Experience working in a service or sales setting is preferred.

• Sincere and reliable
• vivacious and enthusiastic
• Capable of working both individually and together
• Need to be capable of working under duress
