PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Optimize and stimulate new customer acquisition through the General Trade channel.
The ideal applicants would reside in Villiersdorp, Swellendam, Wellington, Malmesbury, Overberg, Caledon, and Paarl.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Business English: Proficient
- Code 10 License for Motor Vehicles

Duties and Responsibilities
Increase customer recruitment/onboarding within the General Trade Channel
- Make sure you show up for all of the customer recruiter appointments.
- Until the account application process is finished, coordinate it.
- Find new clients in the General Trade channel to build a base of engaged buyers.
- To meet the needs of the clients, introduce Clover into the General Trade channel.
- Make sure that each month, at least 125 new clients are acquired or onboarded.
Provide and Support ongoing excellent service to customers.
- Provide and uphold first-rate customer service.
- Make sure that every question from customers is answered.
- Make sure clients are informed when new accounts are opened.
- Discuss all onboarded customers with the area manager and sales representatives.
- Organize the process of handing over customers to sales representatives and area managers.
- Keep track of and report feedback on consumers that were rejected, along with the reasons why.
