REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Relevant experience with concepts, procedures, and techniques associated with the work at the necessary level
- Business English: Proficient
- Off-site travel and/or overnight stay
- Work schedules, holidays, and weekends

Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver Stock
- Keep the integrity of the stock
- Deliver the goods in line with the invoice and the requirements specified by the client.
- Deliver the stock at the designated temperature.
- Organize and handle crates and pallets.
- aid in obtaining and gathering money
- When necessary, follow the stock recheck method.
- Respect and obey safety laws and guidelines
Assist with vehicle roadworthy checks
- Help with the vehicle’s pre- and post-trip inspections
- Help the driver control the vehicle
Return Stock
- Take out the approved merchandise.
- Keep the cold chain intact.
- Respect the principal return requirements.
- Distil positive and negative stock returns.
Perform administrative duties
- Help ensure that all invoices and uplifts are verified before leaving.
- Make sure that every route document—including the invoice, pallet slip, return authorization, and customer claim—is returned.
- Verify the entire POD (signed and approved).
- Make sure that any necessary document modifications are made.
- Verify returns and submit paperwork in accordance with protocol.
