REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Code 10 license for vehicles
- Off-site travel and overnight stays
- Operate in small areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive delivery vehicle
- Observe the Traffic Laws (AARTO)
- Observe Clover driver best practices.
- Keep your car clean.
- Perform pre- and post-trip checks, and report any malfunctions, deviations, or accidents.
- Follow the route map.
- Follow the logging protocol at the rear entrance.
Deliver Stock
- Keep the integrity of the stock
- Deliver the goods in line with the invoice and the requirements specified by the client.
- Deliver the stock at the designated temperature.
- Containers under control (pallets and crates)
- Gather and safeguard money
- When necessary, follow the stock recheck method.
Return Stock
- Take out the approved merchandise.
- Keep the cold chain intact.
- Respect the principal return requirements.
- Distil positive and negative stock returns.
Perform administrative duties
- Before leaving, make sure all bills and uplifts are accurate.
- Make sure that every route document—including the invoice, pallet slip, return authorization, and customer claim—is returned.
- Verify the entire POD (signed and approved).
- Make sure that any necessary document modifications are made.
- Make sure that all refunds, banking, and document handing are completed in accordance with protocol.
Supervise subordinates and safety aspects
- Respect and obey safety laws and guidelines
