Clover is hiring a merchandiser right now. The chosen applicant will be in charge of servicing certain locations by minimizing returns and claims and keeping stock levels up to date. This fantastic chance is located at the Clover Clayville branch.

Duties and Responsibilities

Control and order stock

  • When handling Clover stock, follow the proper stock control procedures in the store and backup.
  • Manage, reduce, and record returns in line with the store work schedule.
  • Avoid out-of-stock situations at all costs, and notify AM if they do arise.
  • In accordance with the ordering tempo, place precise and timely orders.
  • Make sure that everything is tidy and clean on the shelf.
  • Make sure the store is following corporate policy when it comes to crate and equipment control.
  • Always establish and preserve positive working relationships with the store’s management, AM, HO, customers, and other merchandisers.

Apply correct shelve control in terms of indicated store and shelve plans

  • As specified by the AM, pack shelves according to the store flow while following fundamental merchandising guidelines.
  • Make sure the refrigerator is always kept in good working order.
  • Keep the designated shelf set in accordance with the given blueprints or the standard shelf set.
  • Keep the PI label for each product up to date.
  • Position point-of-sale materials appropriately and ensure they are always maintained.
  • Continue with pertinent administration
  • Make the most of every chance you have in-store to increase the visibility of your merchandise.

Establish and maintain good business relationships

  • Maintain constant communication with the store management, AM, HO, customers, and other merchandisers.
