Job Description
We have great openings in our Manufacturing & Technical department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA). For packaging learnership possibilities in Devland, Midrand, and Wadeville, CCBSA, we are seeking young, talented individuals. The Training Controller will receive direct reporting from the selected candidate.
KEY PURPOSE
By offering recognition, increased mobility, and portability in the field of beverage manufacturing and the fast-moving consumer products industry, this qualification will support the learner’s overall growth within the food and beverage packaging environment. The National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership, will be finished by the students.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
LEARNERSHIP:
The learner will encounter:
- methods and processes for bottling.
- standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Tests of quality and requirements.
- procedures for handling food.
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES

Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric with Mathematics (NOT Mathematics Literacy) and physical sciences passed with 40%
- With 40%, two South African languages were passed.
- must not have previously finished the same training or program at another business or institution.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Need to be a citizen of South Africa
- Candidate for employment equity must be
- need to be jobless at the time of the appointment
- Age requirement: 18 to 35 years old
- Candidates must be prepared to dedicate themselves to a 12-month learnership program.
