Job Description

In our Special Events Department, Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an excellent opportunity. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with suitable experience and skills for a Special Events Driver position located in Pretoria West. The Team Leader will receive direct reports from the selected candidate. Unique Occasions. managing, maintaining, and driving delivery and roadshow trucks. playing a variety of musical styles while keeping in mind the appropriateness for the market and stock deliveries and collections. Help ensure that equipment activations and event branding are carried out in accordance with best practices. Provide outstanding customer service, carry out roles and responsibilities in accordance with daily schedules, and represent CCBSA well in the public eye.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Co-ordinate the clearing of daily controls:

• to support the relevant Sales Area in organizing all special events.
• aid in the activation of events.
• Help in the setup of events.
• Help with organizing daily schedules for significant occasions
• Help in the upkeep and administration of assets related to special events.
• Help with additional tasks and any ad hoc delivery.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Matric with two years of FMCG driving experience, at least half of which were spent in a supervisory capacity
• Permit for professional driving
• License code EC
• a current medical certificate
• credit and criminal background checks
• It helps to have prior event activation experience.
