Main job purpose

In accordance with the company’s High Performance Network strategy, provide outstanding customer service to all PG Glass clients, both internal and external, to ensure the attainment of predetermined Key Performance Indicators.

 

Main Objective

  • Provide great customer service by keeping service quality standards in line with Key Performance Indicators and handling multi-channel claims in a timely and effective manner from start to finish.
  • Increase contact center sales through upselling and lead conversion in accordance with the PG Glass Strategy.
  • Doing a root cause analysis and putting preventative measures into place will help you manage and resolve customer concerns while preventing recurrence.
  • By promptly submitting relevant reports, managing and updating data on the customer relationship management system, and conducting necessary research, ensure compliance with administrative standard operating procedures.
  • To maintain business continuity, keep solid, professional relationships with important stakeholders.
