What are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual with the following background, credentials, and/or skill set:

  • An appropriate qualification from a recognised institution.
  • relevant prior experience in a related role.
  • incredibly knowledgeable about computers and skilled with Microsoft Office.
  • financial knowledge and expertise.
  • familiarity with inventory control (e.g., office supplies, furniture, etc.).
  • a spotless criminal history.

The responsibilities are:

  • answering, when appropriate, and filtering calls, messages, and requests.
  • extending a warm welcome to guests irrespective of their seniority.
  • handling incoming emails as well as other administrative tasks.
  • A few monetary obligations.
  • communicating with clients, suppliers, executive heads, secretaries, and other staff members in the central office.
  • a sincere dedication to learning and a readiness to support the school’s principles and culture.
