What are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with the following background, credentials, and/or skill set:
- An appropriate qualification from a recognised institution.
- relevant prior experience in a related role.
- incredibly knowledgeable about computers and skilled with Microsoft Office.
- financial knowledge and expertise.
- familiarity with inventory control (e.g., office supplies, furniture, etc.).
- a spotless criminal history.
The responsibilities are:
- answering, when appropriate, and filtering calls, messages, and requests.
- extending a warm welcome to guests irrespective of their seniority.
- handling incoming emails as well as other administrative tasks.
- A few monetary obligations.
- communicating with clients, suppliers, executive heads, secretaries, and other staff members in the central office.
- a sincere dedication to learning and a readiness to support the school’s principles and culture.
