The responsibilities are:
- Respond to calls, emails, and in-person questions from guests.
- Give the public, students, parents, and clients information about the school.
- Take phone calls, screen them, and answer them.
- Accurately receive and transmit messages.
- As someone enters the school, greet them and point them in the right direction.
- creating quotes and overseeing meeting center reservations.
- Communicate with the department of food and beverage.
- Answer questions from students and customers.
- Arrange and plan how the boardroom and venues will be used.
- Maintain and update the phone list that is given to employees.
- Verify the whereabouts of staff members entering and leaving the school.
- Offer general clerical and administrative assistance.
- Completely comprehend the group portfolio’s intricacies.
