Main job purpose

To provide first tier customer engagement (phone or desk) at a PG Glass site by providing professional support and advice, offering VAPS, converting sales opportunities and following standard business processes, procedures and standards toward solving customer glass problems with real care, with attention to detail and positive Brand experience.

 

Main Objective

  • By treating each client’s glass-related issue with friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency, you can deliver a wonderful customer experience and hit your NPS targets.
  • While maintaining adherence to system and process requirements, give clients precise guidance and feedback to help them convert every sales opportunity.
  • To ensure accurate excess payment advices, precise stock and consumable procurement and control, clear scheduling, and communication toward a low effort customer experience, make sure that the best administrative practices are always followed when conducting administration and sales execution.
  • Utilize the business systems and procedures in accordance with the established standards to increase resource productivity, conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales figures in order to manage customer expectations and keep the Fitment Center operating at full capacity.
  • Keep up with training and development interventions, requirements, and business process-related knowledge and abilities to enable high skill and competence levels, engagement, and advancement as you actively pursue your own professional development and excellence.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor that is consistently in line with the PG values and respond to any reasonable work-related requirements from PG Glass management or leadership in order to build a premium, respected brand.
