REQUIREMENTS :
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Computer literate.

DUITES :
- Provide broad support services for clerical work. Keep track of, arrange, store, record, and retrieve data and correspondence (line function).
- Update statistics and records.
- Respond to regular questions.
- Maintain the component’s incoming and outgoing document register.
- Within the component, offer supply chain clerical support services.
- Communicate with stakeholders both inside and outside the company regarding the purchase of products and services.
- For the purchase of common office supplies, get quotes and fill out procurement forms.
- Office stationery inventory control.
- Within the component, offer clerical support services for personnel administration.
- Keep the component’s leave register up to date.
- Maintain and preserve the component’s personnel records.
- Make travel and lodging arrangements.
- In the component, offer support services for financial administration.
- Record and update component spending.
- Verify the accuracy of the officials’ travel and subsistence claims before submitting them to the manager for approval.
- Manage the component’s petty cash and phone accounts.
