Requirements :
- NQF Level 2, Grade 10, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting providing food service will be beneficial.
- EPWP/Interns will receive priority consideration.
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Be prepared to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Must be available to work public holidays, night shifts, and weekends.
- We shall give careful consideration to workplace equity and diversity, particularly with regard to racial, gender, and disability issues.
Duties :
- preparing regular and therapeutic diets using standardized recipe formulations.
- meal portioning in accordance with the prescription and ration scale.
- Adhere to OHS and HACCP requirements for hygienic practices and safety measures in the factory.
- lifting bulky equipment used in foodservice.
- Take ownership of all the resources you are given.
- has the ability to relieve in every department of the CookFreeze production as needed.
- Must be prepared to participate in all offered programs for ongoing training and development.
