Requirements :

  • Matric certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification.
  • Experience is not necessary.
  • Computer literacy, organization and planning, effective written and verbal communication, job knowledge, teamwork, and the capacity to operate under pressure are among the abilities and competencies.

Duties :

  • to perform general administrative tasks, such as emailing, filing, scanning, and typing.
  • Basic secretarial duties for Human Resources Administration divisions, such as planning meeting logistics.
  • Oversee the sub-directorate’s attendance record.
  • monitoring mail that comes in and goes out.
  • Assist the administration with the sub-directorate’s performance assessments.
  • Handle applications for leave and incapacity leave, offer administrative support for all HR-related tasks, including hiring, appointment-making, transfers, firing, promotions, staff changes, and handling all perks and conditions associated with the job.
  • Perform data collection and HR document filing.
