REQUIREMENTS :
- A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification with appropriate experience in office management and administration.
- Having a post-Matric qualification will be beneficial.

DUTIES :
- The chosen applicant will carry out the following responsibilities: Create and oversee an effective document flow and filing system for the Chief Director’s Office: Collaboration:
- Obtain and disperse documents,
- Documents should be entered into the relevant various line functions registers.
- Maintain and file line function documentation in the ODG.
- Create efficient procedures for tracking documents.
- Provide assistance with secretarial tasks: Organize and prepare materials for workshops and meetings.
- assemble reports and minutes,
- Draft letters, memos, and other documents.
- Oversee the directorates’ heads’ diaries: Make appointments, log activities in the diary,
- Encourage efficient diary coordination using an electronic system, or at the very least, a manual one.
- Offer administrative support services, such as planning travel, meeting, workshop, and conference logistics and associated activities.
- Purchase and place orders for supplies and tools,
- Oversee the supplies and machinery at the Chief Director’s Office.
- As needed, make copies, fax, and email documents.
