REQUIREMENTS :
- A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4
- with a minimum of one (1) year’s experience in data administration or data capture.
- proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.
- the capacity to record information and compile statistics.
- Having a post-Matric qualification will be beneficial.

DUTIES :
- The chosen applicant will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Enter data from accessible records into the necessary forms, such as spreadsheets, tables, and databases.
- Preserve the quality of the data.
- Check for faults found during data entry and verify, query missing data.
- Examine and confirm all of the information from the documents.
- Make sure you have data backups. Refresh statistics and records.
- Maintain and uphold your papers and records.
- Make that all files and documents are arranged and locked appropriately.
- Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to the Commission.
