REQUIREMENTS :

  • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4
  • with a minimum of one (1) year’s experience in data administration or data capture.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • the capacity to record information and compile statistics.
  • Having a post-Matric qualification will be beneficial.

DUTIES :

  • The chosen applicant will carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Enter data from accessible records into the necessary forms, such as spreadsheets, tables, and databases.
  • Preserve the quality of the data.
  • Check for faults found during data entry and verify, query missing data.
  • Examine and confirm all of the information from the documents.
  • Make sure you have data backups. Refresh statistics and records.
  • Maintain and uphold your papers and records.
  • Make that all files and documents are arranged and locked appropriately.
  • Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to the Commission.
