REQUIREMENTS :

  • a Senior/Grade 12 diploma.
  • An additional benefit will be one (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience, ideally in a technical setting.
  • familiarity with Treasury Regulations, Public Service Administration, and PFMA.
  • Evidence of computer proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and writing communication abilities.
  • strong sense of accountability and capacity for both solo and group work.
  • the revelation of an active, valid driver’s license.

DUTIES :

  • Organize technical meetings, send out notices, and record minutes.
  • Help in typing and organizing the necessary technical reports.
  • Help with the creation and monitoring of maintenance plans, which are supported by both Opex and Capex.
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for the technical support staff.
  • Finalize the purchase paperwork for furniture, equipment, and other supplies for the Technical Support staff.
  • Prepare, revise, and store documents and files.
  • to complete additional duties as needed in the Technical Support Section.
