DHL Group | Learnership Program 2024/2025 Intake

For the 2024–2025 intake, we have a fantastic chance for young people without jobs to attend our Leadership Program. The chosen applicants will sign up for a 12-month learnership program in clearing and forwarding agent NQF 5. The purpose of this one-year program is to give jobless students the chance to learn about freight forwarding theory, gain experience in the workplace, and enhance their employability in the future.

In this Learner position

• Under close supervision, you will assist with the implementation of import/export procedures and operations to maximize efficiency and quality of service.
• You will carry out specified documentation activities, such as obtaining, balancing, compiling, and summarizing documents and information, that are typically repetitive in nature.
• In accordance with instructions, you will support and maintain operational systems.
• You will carry out back-office tasks including reporting, filing, and scanning.
• You will carry out assigned responsibilities according to established procedures, procedures, and systems.
• You will mostly assist and communicate with teammates on your own squad.
• You’ll convey information that doesn’t need a lot of clarification or analysis.
• To preserve working relationships, you will correctly handle task-related concerns.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Grade 12/Matric with English (65%)
• You have to be between the ages of 18 and 30.
• Has to be a citizen of South Africa.
• cannot be enrolled in school or working at this time.
• Microsoft Office computer knowledge will be advantageous.
• Selection shall take place in accordance with the Employment Equity Policy of the Company.
