Key Purpose
Please note: This position is based in Sandton
- You might be expected to finish one or more of the following tasks as an administrator:
- Assist in providing membership packets to both internal and external stakeholders.
- To compile and/or print welcome packets for new businesses
Key Outputs
The job may include all or a few of the below key outputs
- to gather the printed material and add any pertinent papers that are needed in accordance with corporate rules.
- to stuff the assembled document into an envelope and close it.
- to distribute the sealed envelope using the appropriate business protocol, such as delivery, courier, or the mail.
- to receive things through the internal mail channel that need to be delivered or collected within the company by both external and internal parties.
- should periodically call recipients to ask them to pick up fragile things from the desk.
- to print members’ membership cards upon request.
- to send the required documents to the right person via email or delivery.
- Accept correspondence by delivery or mail
- to apply to the specified document the relevant business rules.

Qualifications & Experience
The following are essential requirements:
- Matric with a C in English and good communication abilities.
- Fluency in the English language and computer literacy: o Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook
- Good knowledge of Paradigm
- able to complete tasks effectively and rapidly in order to reach goals.
The following are advantageous requirements:
- Prior experience with DH Prior work experience in administration (at least six months)
- Six months of data collection experience
