Job Description

Applicants with relevant driving experience are invited to apply for the position of Driver/Cleaner at Europcar’s Port Shepstone branch, which is located at the airport. Europcar is a market leader in the rental of commercial vehicles.

Position Overview

By ensuring that every renter operates a vehicle that is clean and up to our high standards of quality assurance and by providing prompt, courteous customer service, the job supports the attainment of the branch’s financial and customer service aims.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Job Outputs:

interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to our high standards.
Automobile quality control, including the detection and reporting of vehicles with expired licenses and any other problem that does not meet our criteria for quality.

After each rental, vehicles are refueled and their oil, water, and other fluids are checked.
vehicle delivery to clients in compliance with our policies.
coordinating the check-in of vehicles in accordance with the company’s quality control and claims procedures.

keeping the yard and the surrounding environs clean.
preserving the business’s moral character by acting morally and protecting the resources and interests of both the company and its clients.
Additional obligations upon request.

Qualifications and Experience

Valid Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old)
knowledge about computers (basic level will suffice)
Must be fully multilingual and proficient in speaking English to consumers.
