Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrive to work promptly.
- Deliver goods every day on time.
- Daily reports and items pickup.
- Follow the South African laws as outlined in the Road Safety Act.
- In charge of making sure the car is roadworthy (pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections).
- Keep the distance journal up to date for each journey.
- Send in monthly fuel slips utilized.
- Offer top-notch, competent customer service.
- may be needed to help with any additional tasks that fall outside of their purview.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication
- Skills in arranging and planning
- Time management abilities
- Capacity to capture and modify information
- awareness of the Johannesburg/Gauteng region
- outstanding driving abilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of Grade 12
- two to five years of minimum driving experience
- A current driver’s license is necessary.
