Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Showcase excellent customer service abilities and abide by all pertinent protocols to ensure that the needs of the customer are met.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with the customer, dispatch/weighbridge clerks, and production will enable you to actively manage the delivery process and guarantee that the product is delivered in its whole.
- Oversee the uplift procedure to make sure that all necessary procedures are followed to guarantee the retrieval of stock and the correct completion of documentation.
- Within your scope of authority, respond to customer complaints and escalate them to your manager or supervisor, or bring them up during the debriefing process.
- Uphold the company’s core values and provide exceptional customer service at all times to maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
- Make sure that the transporter and dispatch clerks are informed of any worries or problems regarding deliveries in progress in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the delivery note processes.
- Make sure that every order that a customer places is placed and handled promptly.
- Slowly escalate and offload to the supervisor for help.
