• Need to be a citizen of South Africa
• between the ages of 18 and 34
• Matric with Maths & Accounting
• No work experience .

In line with the BBBEE standard, Eskom is giving young people without jobs in South Africa opportunities for employment. Young South Africans who are eager to start their careers are invited to apply for a chance at a first job that could change their lives in our dynamic energy sector.

Selection Criteria

• Should not have worked for a single employer on a permanent basis for longer than a year
• You shouldn’t study full-time during your employment year.
• Should not have registered for or taken part in the YES initiative earlier
• After completing the recruitment procedure, candidates will be assigned to various Eskom operations around the Cluster.
