There is a call center agent position open at Safair Operations, also known as Flysafair, in our head office in Bonaero Park.The Assistant Manager: Customer Care Center will be the person to whom the selected candidate reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • answer phone calls from clients or travelers;
  • Respond to issues like cancellations and delays, among others;
  • Customers should be given explanations of processes and assistance as needed;
  • labor in a group and for longer hours than usual (shift work);
  • Handle private information;
  • Interact verbally and in writing with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12;
  • between one and four years of experience working in a call center;
  • Travel or a relevant degree will be beneficial;
  • exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills in English;
  • strong computer literacy
  • Superior telephone manners;
  • neither a credit history nor a criminal record
  • able to work overtime, on weekends, and on public holidays when needed;
  • Own transportation would be beneficial.

SHIFTS:

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
  • Includes weekends and public holidays.
