Description:
- answer phone calls from clients or travelers;
- Respond to issues like cancellations and delays, among others;
- Customers should be given explanations of processes and assistance as needed;
- labor in a group and for longer hours than usual (shift work);
- Handle private information; – Write and speak with customers together.
Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- between one and four years of experience working in a call center;
- Travel or a relevant degree will be beneficial;
- exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills in English;
- – Strong computer proficiency; – Excellent telephone manners;
- neither a credit history nor a criminal record
- able to work overtime, on weekends, and on public holidays when needed;
- Own transportation would be beneficial.
