Description:

• Check that data from approved sources is accurate before adding it to the system;
• Find and fix any obvious flaws in the data by verifying its accuracy with supervisors;
• Enter data into SAM and verify it twice to make sure it is accurate;
• Scan documents for the Planning Department and MCC as needed;
• Keep a daily log of the hours spent by technicians;
• daily closure of task cards;
• Send the Planning Department’s completed Work Packs and Task Cards.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• two years minimum of experience in data capture;
• prior SAM work experience (advantageous);
• being ready to work when needed, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work;
• solid knowledge of technical books and documentation related to aviation;
• adept with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• must possess extraordinary typing abilities;
• focused on details;
• strong interpersonal abilities,
• outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
