We are trying to fill a position as a receptionist! As a Receptionist, you will handle supplies, organize files, and interact with clients to support office operations. To promote positive interactions within the company, receptionists handle important administrative duties, answer phones, and encourage communication.

What you’ll do

  • Acquire knowledge of and adjust to new systems
  • Work well with others in the team.
  • Continue to be computer literate
  • Exhibit impeccable telephone manners
  • Return and route phone calls
  • Plan and make appointments.
  • Schedule meetings and keep minutes.
  • Handle forms, emails, and correspondence.
  • Help with the preparation and development of reports and presentations as needed
  • Create and keep up a filing system.
  • Revise the policies and processes in the office.
  • Purchase office supplies and undertake vendor research.
  • Organize contact lists
  • Make trip plans and send in or reconcile expense reports.
  • Assist guests and serve as a customer service representative
  • Manage office supplies and duties
