Salary: R131 265.00 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements :
- NQF level 1 or 2 (Abet level 2 certificate or equivalent) / Grade 9
- There is no need for prior work experience.
Duties :
- Spotlessly clean kitchenware and appliances.
- Offer assistance with catering.
- Maintain a supply of cooking tools and utensils on hand.
- Use safety precautions and good hygiene.
- Observe quality control procedures for all food supplied.
- Taking out the garbage disposal.
- Prepare snacks, meals, and drinks (cold beverages, milk, tea, coffee, and sugar).
- Arrange and transport dishes, silverware, and appliances to the dining sections.
- Serve food and drinks, take care of the food supply, and record losses and waste.
