Requirements :
- Matric or a NQF level 4 qualification.
- A minimum of one year’s relevant experience in a service delivery setting or related field will be beneficial.
- Proficiency: Fundamental Understanding of Community Needs: thorough comprehension of the particular problems and difficulties the community faces.
- Fundamental Understanding of Social and Political Systems: Understanding of the operation of local, state, and federal systems, as well as the laws and policies that have an impact on the community.
- Basic Knowledge of Resources and Services: Being aware of the community’s resources, services, and support networks.
- a legitimate driver’s license.
Duties :
- Gather and process grievances from the public via the department, other governmental agencies, or local governments.
- Collect data from departmental support units, both internal and external, in order to respond to community concerns about service delivery issues.
- Maintain the department’s data for resolving problems or difficulties related to service delivery.
- Give the complainant in the community comments.
- Give statistics so that a quarterly report on community issues can be prepared.
- Take part in community service initiatives.
- Organize the logistics of the community events.
- Make use of a digital platform to record community issues.
- To raise awareness, make use of digital media channels and communications.
- Keep track of the concerns brought forth by the department, other governmental departments, local communities, and municipalities.
- Examine the identified community concerns.

- Outreach to the Community: Create a database of Stakeholder Relations.
