Requirements :
- Either a Grade 10 student with three years of experience in store supply chain management, or a Grade 12 student with two years of experience in asset management and supply chain management.
- It is necessary to be familiar with photocopying and duplicating machines.
- The capacity to work autonomously, adhere to deadlines, pay close attention to detail, and guarantee accuracy of data or information.
- Capacity to function both as a team and under pressure.
- When it comes to meeting deadlines, be ready to put in extra time at work.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relations.
- Must be a person who prioritizes clients.
- Reading and writing abilities are necessary for effective verbal and written communication.
- The ability to use a computer will be advantageous.
Duties :
- delivery of stock to end consumers while it is in transit.
- stock delivery to and from the retail locations.
- goods being arranged on shelves in a suitable facility.
- Make sure the received stock is packaged correctly and in compliance with the “LIFO” requirement.
- Help with the inventories.
- Make sure everything is neat and clean in the warehouse and transit area.
- Good communication with other members, coworkers, and pertinent institution stakeholders.
- Provide common services including asset management and the retrieval of old and redundant assets from end users.
- delivery of recently purchased assets, bar-coded, to the appropriate end users.
- Assets are gathered for upkeep and repair, and they also help with inventory control and asset verification.
