Requirements :
- Grade 10 / AET level 5 to Grade 12 certificate.
- possess an understanding of the OHS Act, patient rights, and Batho Pele principles.
- possess six months of experience working in a medical setting.
- ability to perform shifts in accordance with schedule.
Duties :
- The provision of cleaning services, including dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, vacuuming, cleaning, wall, window, and door cleaning, gathering and disposing of waste papers, and cleaning of kitchens and restrooms.
- Maintain the safety of cleaning supplies, report any broken equipment, and clean the equipment after each usage.
- Flexibility in reference to shifts (day and night).
- Make that the OHS Act, the Batho Pele Principles, the Ideal Hospital Framework and Realization, and the patient’s rights are respected.
- helps with the handling of patient safety incidents and complaints.
- carry out any additional tasks assigned to you.
