Requirements :
- A minimum of Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A certificate in computer literacy is necessary.
- A minimum of two (02) years of relevant supply chain management experience will be advantageous.
- EPWP/Interns will receive priority consideration.
- Be ready to collaborate and perform well under duress.
- solid familiarity with various policies and guidelines related to public service.
- good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Duties :
- stock being received in accordance with the purchase order number.
- As per VA2 requests, sign and issue stock.
- VA10 and VA11 Card Management.
- complete inventory control in the dispatch area.
- Put the FIFO system into practice and uphold the standards.
- Follow safety and hygienic procedures.
- carry out additional dispatch tasks as delegated by the supervisor.
- completing and maintaining shop records.
- Perform monthly inventory counts, stock replacements, and disposals.
- Retain a minimum and maximum stock level as well as clean, organized stores.
- Revise the registers of inventory.
- Avert overstocking and understocking, perform spot checks, pack products appropriately for the shelves, dust every shelf, report any theft or losses to your immediate supervisor, remove damaged products from the shelves, and dispose of expired or damaged stock in accordance with departmental policies.
- Make sure that all issues and receipts are posted accurately.
- Change the request and issue the voucher number.
- Compile the RLS02 form for payment, keep track of the O-9 file, and provide reconciliation reports.
- the capacity to perform well under duress.
- Create reconciliation reports every month.
- carry out any additional duties that the supervisor assigns you.
