Duties :

  • State vehicle issuance: Trip authority is duly signed by the appropriate parties.
  • Verify that the vehicle is issued in accordance with all applicable road traffic laws and that a vehicle condition report detailing the vehicle’s state at the time of issuance has been completed.
  • The right car is provided for the application.
  • The code on the official’s driver’s license matches the vehicle class that was issued. Each driver has a unique driver tag.
  • Perform pre- and post-inspection: Check the car to see if it is roadworthy before handing it over to the official.
  • List every thing, including tools, a spare wheel, an e-tag, a license disc, etc., and make sure to do the same when the car is brought back.creating web-based software.
