Requirements :

  • Matric qualification.
  • Code C driver’s license combined with Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP).
  • awareness of traffic laws.
  • Proficiency in professional interaction and communication with high-level individual clientele.
  • knowledgeable in computers.
  • Experience that matters: Three years or more of driving experience. two of which have to be spent moving people

Duties :

  • Drive Customers (Chauffeur or Shuttle Service): Promptly pick up and securely deliver customers to and from their varied locations.
  • Plan and carry out the quickest route to the client’s location to maximize your time.
  • Share any modifications to the intended path.
  • Observe traffic safety regulations when traveling.
  • When traveling, remember the surrounding temperature.
  • Communicate with customers in a formal way.
  • Deliver goods: Deliver goods to g-FleeT stakeholders and clients, such as paperwork, mail, cars, etc.
  • Maintain a delivery log.
  • Teach customers how to drive safely by using defensive driving strategies.
  • Increase awareness and use tactics to avoid being hijacked.
  • Use your knowledge of fire safety (Fire Extinguishing, Basic First Aid, etc.).
  • Recognize maps, such as Google Maps.
  • Deliver First-Class Customer Care: Show consideration for your clients. Calm down your clients.
  • Maintain a nice and orderly appearance.
  • Help the client being driven by a chauffeur with their bags when they get there.
  • Give your clients information about the anticipated time of arrival.
  • Answer questions from clients in an honest and kind way.
  • Promote the products and brand of g-FleeT by serving as an ambassador.
  • Keep an up-to-date vehicle logbook and record your trips.
  • Once a journey is over, sign off on it.
  • Comply with document management guidelines by filling out request forms correctly.
  • Fill out accident, damage, and losses forms accurately.
  • Vehicle maintenance: Before starting a journey, make sure your car is clean and has enough gas.
  • Report any problem(s) with the vehicle that could make it difficult to provide the service to customers.
  • monitoring the validity and renewal of license disks.
  • Make ensuring that vehicle maintenance schedules are followed and updated on time.
