Introduction

There’s a fantastic opportunity in the Coast West region for a General Assistant located in Bellville.

The chosen applicant will be in charge of providing high-quality services that are both meets and exceeds standards and expectations while also being effective and efficient.

Critical Outputs

1. QUALITY 

  • Take part in the Quality, Health, and Safety program offered by Life Health Solutions.
  • Live by the principles of quality.
  • Help with budget control when you can.
  • Ensure usage of right cleaning materials.
  • Help with stock counts as needed.
  • Keep the storage up to the necessary standards.
  • Respect all corporate, regulatory, legal, and professional requirements.
  • Record-keeping for employees
  • Complete adherence to LHS and ISO requirements.
  • Maintain conscientious timekeeping.
  • Respect every deadline.
  • Make sure that the sick leave and leave forms are submitted on time.
  • Help staff in keeping LHS workers’ working environment safe.
  • Ensure correct medical disposal containers are utilized.
  • Assure complete adherence to the Soiled Linen protocol.
  • Make sure that all business, ISO, and SHEQ criteria are met in full.

2. CLINIC HYGIENE MAINTENANCE

  • As directed by the OHNP in charge, maintain the hygienic and orderly conditions of the clinic spaces.
  • Maintain and swap out consumables for hygiene.
  • Make sure the clinic’s cars are kept sanitary and spotless.

3. DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING

  • Participate in training programs and identify training requirements on an annual basis.
  • Attend regional meetings and pursue continual personal growth to be informed about trends.
  • distributing knowledge and experience across coworkers.

4. TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

  • Respect the guidelines established by the Life Health Solutions Quality Management program’s rules, standards, and procedures.
  • Take part in yearly clinic audits and put plans into effect.
  • To engage in the constant examination of all clinic operations to ensure quality standards are maintained and developed.
  • to take part in the audit and certification program for ISO 9001:2015.
  • to take part in projects with a quality team.

5. MARKETING

  • Make sure LHS is always seen as a professional organization.
  • representation at conferences and events held by LHS.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • experience with general assistant responsibilities and cleaning
