Requirements, experience and skills
- Grade 10 / NQF Level 1 to 2 (Abet level 2 Certificate or Equivalent)
- Proficiency in both native tongue and basic English for effective communication
- Excellent listening abilities
- the capacity to finish operational tasks on schedule as needed.
- Capacity to carry out manual tasks associated with maintaining grounds, buildings, and machinery.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Having a current driver’s license will be beneficial.
Duties and responsibilities
- Make sure the campus grounds are tidy and clean.
- When needed, lend a hand with general facility upkeep and repairs.
- When necessary, move equipment and furniture.
- After use, clean and maintain the equipment.
- Report equipment flaws or malfunctions.
- College vehicles are cleaned and driven according to the route map.
