REQUIREMENTS

Grade 10.
Technical Background.

a current driver’s license.
proficient with computers (MS Word and Excel).
Proven managerial abilities, such as analytical thinking, empowerment, flexibility, communication, leadership, presentation, conflict and stress management, negotiation, and attention to detail, are combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

familiarity with electrical panels, pumps, safety, and mechanical and electrical tools and equipment.
Information and expertise related to demonstrated expertise in the building of kerbing, pavement, and concrete mixing, as well as tar repair.
Ability to read and write is a must. – technological abilities.

Two to three years (02–03) of relevant experience working with the local government.

DUTIES

carrying out the superintendent’s or special worksman’s work orders:
driving vehicles with lights on and moving a laborer crew to and from the job site.

uses a variety of hand tools and equipment.
equipment and material loading and unloading.
accountable for general equipment upkeep.

In charge of handling general administration and work order filing.
Examine every pump station for sewage.
In charge of ensuring safety within their purview, includes.

accountable for the efficient and productive use of tools and resources to guarantee the provision of quality services.
Report any injuries or damages.
Always keeping stores clean, organized, and secure is your responsibility to minimize downtime while issuing or returning merchandise.

accountable for maintaining discipline and overseeing every action taken by subordinates.
Responds to all water-related complaints about sanitation that are made by the general public or supervisors.
to deliver a valuable service to the Midvaal community.
