An opportunity exists for a Gift Wrapper to work with Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Woodmead. after the sale, to gift-wrap and embellish customer goods with tape, ribbons, and bows.

Minimum Requirement:

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate

Job Description:

Gift Wrapping:

• Help consumers choose the right wrapping materials.
• Each package should be wrapped professionally and in compliance with the given instructions.
• Take off the price tag from things that are wrapped and wrap gift receipts.
• As designated, neatly arrange and store wrapped gifts in the designated gift wrap holding space.
• carry out additional tasks as asked.

Customer Service:

• Assist each and every consumer with courtesy, friendliness, and assistance.
• Welcome guests and ascertain their requirements and preferences.
• Every client inquiry needs to be addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Always wear the appropriate name tag and outfit.
• Inform management of any unethical or suspicious behavior exhibited by employees or clients.
