Job Description

To provide effective administrative support in order to carry out job requirements by carrying out predetermined work objectives in a timely and precise manner.

daily communication with the back-office personnel and reporting to the Dealer Principal.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • ensuring the efficient operation of dealer ship administration on a daily basis.
  • preparing reports and documentation for the DP.
  • Manage the consumables.
  • tasks and relief at reception.
  • processing each and every monthly bill.
  • keeping track of unpaid invoices.
  • checking every PC invoice.
  • Petty Cash management.
  • Dealership check requisitions are sent to back office every day.
  • When needed, provide assistance with vehicle invoicing.
  • Handle fines for moving violations.
  • Control your gasoline account.
  • collaborating and supporting financial accountants.
  • preserving documents and checks.
  • Ensure that work areas are tidy and organized.
  • Inform the Dealer Principal of any deviations from procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • familiarity with fundamental accounting.
  • a year of experience working in a retail automotive setting.
  • knowledgeable of customary ideas, methods, and protocols in the retail vehicle industry.
  • It takes a certain amount of imagination and flexibility.
  • competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Keep your information private at all times.
  • a good team player who can also operate alone with little direction.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
