Job Description

The driver will be in charge of making sure that customers or parts are delivered and collected in a professional manner. to always abide by all driving laws on the road. to inspect, maintain, and report any damage to business cars. general document deliveries to suppliers and distributors.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Help receptionists and service advisors as needed to provide transportation for clients.
• Help the end controller with his responsibilities, such as assisting with the transfer of cars into and out of the inspection area as needed.
• Cars should be moved into and out of wash bays as needed.
• As instructed by the foreman, retrieve damaged autos using the Mobi-jack or the carshop ldv.
• On each journey, accurately record the number of kilometers driven by the car in the accompanying log book.
• Ensure that cars are driven safely and politely. Report any issues with the Mobi-jack or breakdown vehicle to the foreman.
• Notify the workshop foreman of any accidents.
• Perform extra appropriate tasks as needed and at management’s discretion.
• Help the wash bay staff clean client and broken-down cars.

Qualifications and Experience

• one to two years of experience driving in the company sector
• an up-to-date driver’s license (Code 08)
