SALARY : R75 837 per annum (3/8th, Level 05), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.

REQUIREMENTS :
- A senior certificate from grade 12 is required for applicants.
- accurate and computer literate.
- a capacity for both teamwork and autonomous work.
- Solid understanding of the Batho Pele values and a sense of civic duty.
- assertiveness and the capacity to function under stress.
- being able to communicate (verbally and in writing).
DUTIES :
- All complaints and requests must be received by the incumbent and entered into the database.
- Case file maintenance and opening.
- Follow up on unresolved concerns.
- submitting a report each month.
